Shipping:

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to your nominated email address once your items have been shipped. 

Standard shipping and handling flat rate: $8.00. 

All orders will be sent out within one week, please allow an extra 3-10 days beyond this for delivery. 

If you require express shipping, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this.

Once your order has been shipped, Eleven Pound Six cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

All orders over $100 receive free shipping - no code necessary! 

We do offer international shipping, however the customer is liable to pay for any customs/duties taxes that may be applicable. 

Local Pick Up:

If you are local to the Sutherland Shire, I am happy for you to collect your items from me to save on postage costs. Please email prior to placing your order and I will provide you with a pick up code and we can arrange a mutually convenient pick up time.   

Returns/Exchanges:

Please choose your items carefully as unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns, unless faulty.

If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email us at elevenpoundsix@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. If the item is returned and deemed faulty/defective we will happily organise a replacement for you.  

Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.

We do not refund postage and shipping costs.

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay as forms of payment.
